Leadership

Matt and Carrie Dilley have been in full-time ministry for the last 12 years. They grew up on the south side of Indy and chose to raise their family close to home.  Each of them has two masters degrees; Matt's are in Religion & Theology, and Carrie's are in Educational Technology and Administration.

Matt & Carrie are passionate about helping people discover their purpose, potential, and most importantly knowing Jesus because they believe that following Jesus makes your life better and makes you better at life.  They have worked hard to make Tribe Church an authentic place where loved people love people. 

 

Before they became church planters they grew weary of seeing people marginalized, passed over, and ignored by the local church because of politics, tradition, and theology.  Their 2017 "word of the year" was courage and in that year they stepped out in faith and with the help of their Founding Team launched Tribe Church on September 16th, 2018.
